SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that the shipping address will be taken from your PayPal record (PayPal checkout). If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address once your order has been shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

TRACKING AN ORDER

We will send you a notification once your order is ready to ship, including your shipment tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking website. This email will provide your order ID so you can track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order here:Track Order

IMPORTANT

If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us due to an address issue, you will be charged reshipping costs if you request a refund. Please note that personalized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
