90-DAY RETURN POLICY
We are committed to creating a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience at kespire.com. That’s why we offer an easy and hassle-free 90-day return and exchange service for all purchases. Below you will find detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All policies begin on the purchase date. Please review the following conditions to determine whether your item qualifies under our 90-day return and exchange policy.
Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact our customer service team first to request a return. All return requests must be approved.
Important Note: Any returned items without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The return or exchange period must not exceed 90 days from the date of purchase.
3. All items must be returned in brand new condition, unworn, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or modified in any way.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals may alter the appearance of your product. These include, but are not limited to, silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
2. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance.
3. Replacements are not eligible for refund.
4. Silver pieces are detailed with oxidation and may appear darker over time. To restore their original appearance, please clean with a silver polishing cloth.
5. We do not accept returns for personalized photo charms unless the image appearance differs from the photo provided to Kespire, as stated in our 90-day return policy.
Return / Exchange Procedure
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the product received, please contact our customer service team at support@kespire.com.

Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
Step 3: Drop off the parcel at your local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will process your exchange or refund promptly according to our return conditions (approximately 5–7 business days).
You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.
Refunds
After approval by our customer service team, returns will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your package. Funds will be credited to your original payment account (approximately 5–7 business days), depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal only. Debit or credit card payments will be refunded to the original card.
Shipping Fee Refunds
Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. Even if you received free or discounted shipping, we incur the original shipping cost for every order.
For non-damaged products that customers wish to return, please contact customer service first. Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process a refund within 2–3 business days. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
Kespire will refund USD 10 as return shipping compensation under the following circumstances:
1. The wrong item was received.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has incorrect engraving. (Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.)
Please note: Kespire reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Once your order is submitted, production of personalized items begins immediately. If you wish to cancel, your order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
2. Kespire reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
