HOW TO ORDER:

You can upload about people, animals, landscapes photos of yours and so on .

1. Fill in customised options above. If you want to order more than one product, please fill in all info for one gift first then add to cart. Then fill in your second product's info and click add to cart and so on.

2. After you complete your purchase. You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email (check your spam folder if you can't find it) Make sure all info is correct. 

3. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to confirm all orders; making sure photo is good to go. We will contact you if your photo needs to be changed. Otherwise, we will go ahead and start creating your product.  Please allow 5 -7 business days after confirmation for production.

4. We will send out notification again when your order is ready to ship.

DETAILS:

• Because this is wood from a real tree, pieces may have knots which we try to place in the best spots possible for the photo provided.

• Each piece of wood will vary in wood grain, making each one completely unique.

• Horizontal photos will be placed horizontally on the wood & vertical photos will be placed vertically unless otherwise requested.

• This allows the natural grain of the wood to show through the photo. Colors of the photo on the wood may vary, as these are engraved onto natural wood and not bright white paper.

• The bark of the wood is not removed from the wood in order to preserve the natural look of our wood photos.

• All orders are securely packaged with extra bubble wrap for added protection during shipping.

•The better quality the photo, the better the results will be on the wood.
